Alec is a senior at La Salle. In addition to playing baseball, he runs varsity cross country and track. In his free time, he likes listening to vinyls, hitting the slopes, and going camping with his friends.

Director of Faith Dr. Gary Hortsch completed his doctorate at the University of Portland in 2021. His focus was on high school religious education. “People today are just as spiritual as they were in years past, and I definitely believe that my research confirmed that idea, and that’s one reason why I really enjoy teaching religious studies, is journeying with people on their pathway of faith,” he said.
