Students and staff gathered in the gym for La Salle’s annual Founder’s Day Mass, celebrating the school’s Lasallian values and the original founder of the De La Salle brothers — St. John Baptist De La Salle — on Thursday, May 28.
The priest gave a homily focusing on the reality of God-given sight and the importance of it in our lives. He referenced a story in his personal life about not knowing how blind he really was until he tried on glasses.
