Mackenzie Torres, Editor

Mackenzie Torres is a senior in her fourth semester as part of The Falconer. When she isn’t focusing on school, she spends time at the barn with her best friends and her horse. But when she just wants to stay home, Mackenzie bakes everything from elaborate cakes to cookies. 

Mackenzie’s life is also very family-oriented. Whether it’s binge-watching Harry Potter for the millionth time or making s’mores with her cousins, Mackenzie’s family is always finding excuses to be together. 

This is partially the reason she wants to stay in Oregon for college. After she gets her undergraduate degree in biology at Oregon State University, she plans to go to veterinary school to become an equine veterinarian.
