Despite rainy weather that threatened to postpone the boys tennis team’s celebration of senior night on Tuesday, May 7, the clouds eventually gave way to a sustained period of sunshine, allowing the team to recognize their seniors with balloons and flowers before beginning their matches.
After senior presentations concluded, the team played Parkrose High School, prevailing with a score of 7-1.
This marked their final match of the regular season. The team will participate in districts next Tuesday before moving on to the 5A state championships the following week.
