Parker Lasher is a sophomore at La Salle and was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He attended middle school at All Saints in northeast Portland. 

Parker chose La Salle because of the exceptional academics and the sense of inclusion and community he received every day when walking through the front doors. His favorite classes include Honors Chemistry and Honors English II. He enjoys these classes because he enjoys the rigor of the courses and appreciates his teachers’ enthusiasm in them

At La Salle, Parker runs cross country and track and is a member of the student ambassador program.

When Parker is not at school, you can find him spending time with friends, or running with his cross country team. He enjoys to exercise because it takes his mind off of stressful things in his life.

In the future, Parker hopes to attend a college on the west coast with a good engineering program. Eventually, he plans to travel around Europe and explore the unique cuisine in the countries he visits.
