Luci Reid is a sophomore who has lived in Oregon her whole life. She was drawn to La Salle by its strong education and community-oriented values. Now in the beginning of her sophomore year, she is glad she came. 

She enjoys her Honors Chemistry and Honors Spanish 3 classes the most. Luci participates in various activities, playing varsity volleyball and tennis at La Salle.

Sports have always been a big part of Luci’s life, starting with playing both volleyball and tennis from a young age. She is grateful for all the connections, friendships, and life lessons that it has brought. Her favorite part about both is competing and getting to be on a team with people who share a similar love for the sport.  

Outside of La Salle and The Falconer, Luci also plays club volleyball and participates in the National Charity League. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Even though it is her first year being a part of The Falconer, Luci is excited to start writing stories and hopes to improve her writing skills and overall knowledge about journalism.
