Anna Waldron, Assistant Editor
Senior Anna Waldron has lived in Portland, Oregon her whole life, in the same neighborhood as nine members of her extended family.
Outside of The Falconer, Anna participates in Student Council and works at her part-time job on the weekends.
Anna loves to spend time with her friends outside of school trying new restaurants, shopping at thrift stores, and going to local coffee shops in the Portland area. Her favorite part about living in Portland is the variety of quality food.
If Anna could travel anywhere in the world it would be Bali because of the nature and lodging attractions, but also because it’s nothing like anywhere she has traveled to before. She also hopes to go on a summer tour through Europe to see Italy, France, Amsterdam, and Ireland at some point in her life with her sister and cousin.
Anna’s favorite thing about journalism is being able to use her voice to bring attention to issues within the school, country, and world.
Next year, Anna plans to attend college outside of Oregon where she will major in political science and hopefully study abroad somewhere in Europe or Central America.
