La Salle’s boys soccer team faced off against second-ranked Ashland on Saturday, Sept. 16, prevailing 6-1. Freshman Vala Saghafi and junior Vance Sheffield led the way for the Falcons scoring-wise, with three and two goals respectively. Junior Conor Garvey also headed in a corner in the second half to reach the final score of 6-1.

With this win, the Falcons improved to 3-3 on the season and 3-1 at home. The boys travel to Mountainside on Sept. 20 for their final game before the start of league play.
