On Saturday, Nov. 13, #2 La Salle’s girls varsity soccer team competed against #1 Wilsonville in the state championship game. With a final score of 2-4, La Salle’s team earned a second-place finish in state. 

The two goals from La Salle were both scored by junior Emelia Warta, who plays as a midfielder for the team. La Salle was also the only 5A team this season to score two goals against Wilsonville.
