Tired of listening to the same songs over and over again on the radio? Why not go back and listen to songs that you haven’t heard in a while? Here are some of the best throwback songs that I suggest listening to.

“Beautiful Soul” by Jesse McCartney

Jesse McCartney was not only a breakout artist of the early 2000’s, but a teen heart-throb for many tween and teen girls. This pop hit that melted teenage girl’s hearts still continues to melt hearts today with Jesse’s smooth and balanced vocals and a swoon-worthy chorus. This popular song is a must-have for a girls night in with friends.

If you’re ever mad at an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend, listen to this song. You will find therapeutic vibes in singing this song at the top of your lungs. Maroon Five is still a well-known name from their continual hits on the radio. This song is perfect for a relaxing Sunday doing homework.

“I Want It That Way” by The Backstreet Boys

In the 2000’s, boys bands were the craze (and made a comeback in 2013-2014). The Backstreet Boys dominated the era with memorable songs like “I Want It That Way”. With its catchy tune, the ballad is perfect for your road-trip playlist in the car with friends.

Remember Britney Spears before she shaved her head? Oops I Did It Again was from the pre-bald era. This song is an unforgettable hit from Britney’s earlier music career. This memorable song brings back many memories for all with its upbeat tune and is an easy song to jam to.

“Superhuman” by Chris Brown Feat. Keri Hilson

Chris Brown is a powerhouse when it comes to producing great music, but adding Keri Hilson the mix adds a whole other level of complexity. Superhuman is sung powerfully by both performers with their vocals shining during beautiful harmonizations. This is by far a great song to sing to with a friend.
