During the first home game of the season on Friday, Sept. 13, the La Salle varsity football hosted the 6A Westview High School Wildcats. The game ended in a 34-13 victory for the Falcons, putting them at 2-0 before the start of their league games. Their next game is at Rex Putnam High School on Friday, Sept. 20.

This was actually one of the best visual recaps I have seen in a long time! I am always reading the Falconer, and most games have a few pictures, which is nice. However, you never get a feel for the progression and excitement of the actual game. These pictures were the first time I could feel how the game progressed and how exciting it was. Great reporting, outstanding photos and edited in a way that told an exciting story! Bravo to Sammy and Esme
