La Salle girls soccer won against Silverton at home on Sept. 8 with a score of 3-0. The team’s next game will be a non-league away game against Oregon City. Thus far, the Falcons are 2-1-1 and ranked #8 overall in OSAA 5A rankings. The Falcon’s first league game will be at Putnam on Sept. 26, and the next home game will be on Sept. 19 against Beaverton.

Last year, the Falcons ended their season as state champion runner-ups, losing to league rivals Wilsonville. This year, the Falcons have quite a few returning juniors and seniors who, along with the rest of the team, are putting in effort to have a successful season.
