Halle Ngo, Staff Reporter

Sophomore Halle Ngo enjoys playing soccer and has been playing for over nine years. She is the team captain of La Salle's JV girls soccer team and has been a part of it since her freshman year.

Halle attended Creative Science School for nine years and has always had a passion for sports. When she found out all of her friends were on a recreational soccer team, she decided to join and has never stopped playing since.

La Salle has always been a part of Halle’s life, with many family members and friends attending before her. This includes her brother, Elvan Ngo, and cousin, Katherine Tang, who both graduated in 2021. La Salle first came into her family when her uncle, Vinh Tang received a scholarship, and ever since, it has been their goal to have each kid attend La Salle.

Halle’s cultural background is very important to her and she has always enjoyed showing her heritage to her friends. She recently joined La Salle's Asian and Pacific Islander club and is looking forward to their activities.
