Play commenced at 4 p.m. as the girls tennis team competed in a home match against 6A league David Douglas High School on Tuesday, April 2. La Salle won a majority of their matches with a score of 5-3.

Despite a seemingly calm atmosphere with only the sounds of the tennis balls hitting racquets and courts followed by mild applause, it was anything but as the meet was spread out on four courts and coaches walked the perimeter, keeping an eye on several matches happening simultaneously.

Their next meet will be at Canby High School on Tuesday, April 9.
