On Friday, Feb. 9 and Saturday, Feb. 10, swim districts took place at Parkrose High School. The La Salle varsity girls team placed third and the boys team placed fifth.
The swimmers across both teams who qualified for state are: freshmen Gian Manzon and Jackson Hawkins, sophomores Keenan Geyer, John Rask, and Alexa Storie, juniors Kayla Chapman, Colby Lavoie, Rowan Mozena, and Kari Yatsushiro, and seniors Natalia Gonzales, Gabby Wolfe, and Rachel Yaskovic all of whom will be participating in the state competition at Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center in Beaverton on Friday, Feb. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
