La Salle’s varsity girls basketball team played Hillsboro at home on Monday, Jan. 29 at 7:15 p.m. Sophomore and co-captain Ava Bergeson was the leading scorer with 29 points, helping to steer the Falcons to a 51-41 victory. The team currently ranks No. 12 in 5A, with an overall record of 9-8.
Their next game is at Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts on Friday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m.
