With homecoming week taking place, La Salle’s Leadership class created a Barbie-themed spirit week to add to the Barbie theme of Homecoming. The themes varied throughout the week from Monday through Thursday and then on Friday the dance took place.
The theme for Monday started with Barbie Slumber Party, which allowed for students to wear their pajamas to school.
For Tuesday, Hollywood Barbie was the theme and students were invited to come in fancy dresses and suits to show off their glam.
Mojo Dojo Cowboy took place on Wednesday with students dressing up in their western wear.
Thursday’s theme was Barbie vs. Ken and students dressed up as their favorite Barbie or Ken looks.
Finally, once Friday rolled around the corner, students were able to dress up in their homecoming apparel for the dance, “Come on Barbie Let’s Go Party!”
