On Friday Sept. 9th, the La Salle varsity football team had their first home game against Seaside High School. The game resulted in a loss of 0 to 37.
Also debuting on Friday, the new La Salle cheer team performed for the first time on campus. They showed off their team spirit with pompoms and a stunt routine, along with various other cheers.
The theme of the game was red and blue, which many students and spectators were sporting while watching the game.
The next varsity football game is at home against Rex Putnam High School this Friday Sept. 16. The theme of this game is beach day.
