Lukas Werner, Assistant Media Editor

On Friday, Jan. 14, the La Salle basketball team played against West Linn High School and lost 50-84. Due to previous cancellations, this was the first game of 2022, following a five-week period where the basketball team did not compete.

“I’m just glad we all got to play, since we’ve been off for too many weeks,” junior Carson Frick said. “It feels good to actually play with everyone.”

The basketball team then took on Wilsonville on Jan. 18, earning a win with 53-51.

Their next game will be Future Falcon Night, on Friday, Jan. 21 against Milwaukie High School.
