Yoga, Study Halls, Spikeball, And More: Falcons Throughout Flex Time

Ashley Hawkins

On Thursday, Oct. 21, students had two sets of 35 minutes to catch up on schoolwork, check in with teachers, or relax and unwind. There were a plethora of different options to pick from.

In room 141, students could utilize their time in a study hall with social studies teacher Mr. Hugh Hegarty.

In the weight room, students could hone in on their weight training skills with music to motivate them.

Or for those who wanted something relaxing, yoga with health and PE teacher Ms. Debbie Schuster was another choice for the students.
