With the widespread enthusiasm for The New York Times games found across campus, The Falconer spoke with Mr. Banks, a Wordle and Connections fan and strong crossword enthusiast to see his perspective on NYT’s approach of promoting and producing new games. Also featured is sophomore Emma Smith, who shared her thoughts and experience with playing the games.

Sophomore Audrey Waters lives in Milwaukie, only a short commute away from La Salle. With an unexpected change in her plans for high school she ended up at La Salle, after receiving a recommendation from a family friend.
She attended Hosford Middle School, where she was in a Chinese Immersion program. This year her favorite classes include Spanish and Honors Chemistry. Audrey also hopes to work in the medical field in the future, since it has always fascinated her.
She is newly a part of La Salle’s Cross Country team and Softball team. On the weekends you’ll find her playing club softball with ‘Oregon Blaze.’
She enjoys photography, video editing, and listening to music. She listens to basically every genre, as it all depends on her mood. Recently she’s enjoyed boygenius,Taylor Swift, Mitski, Zach Byran, and Frank Ocean.
