On Friday, March 10, boys varsity basketball battled North Eugene in their final game at Gill Coliseum in the 5A Boys Basketball State Championship. 

The result of the game did not end in the Falcons’ favor, with a score of 46-64. The team was awarded sixth place in the state tournament. Junior Grant Ellison led the team throughout the game by scoring eight points, but seniors Nick Robertson, Carson Frick, and sophomore Aidan Kelly were not far behind, with seven points each.
