In response to Taylor Swift releasing two singles in the past few weeks, “Look What You Made Me Do” and “…Ready For It?”, many people across the world have had different opinions on the pop-star’s evolution as an artist. In this video, La Salle students share their opinions about Swift’s career and her new music.

I don’t like it at all. I heard it once and then decided I would never make that mistake ever again. She’s cool but she’s gotta stop playing the victim role ??. I’m over her and her shenanigans.

It was really shocking and surprising after this video came out. Like after weeks being in silence with all of the drama piling on her, she comes out of nowhere with the song and video putting little Easter eggs and hidden messages “calling people out”. Before, people thought of Taylor Swift as a passive person that can’t uphold the look of toughness and being a threat. Well, with her new songs, she is not messing around anymore.
