Looking Ahead to Homecoming Week and a New Fundraiser
October 1, 2015
With homecoming right around the corner, many students are getting excited for the upcoming week.
This year, La Salle has a brand-new fundraiser to benefit students who attend school on the Blackfoot reservation in Montana. Each year, several students from La Salle go on an immersion trip to visit and help the school and students.
The new fundraiser is similar to the annual Valentine’s Day “Crush” event, and works like this:
Students will be able to buy a star-shaped golden note where they are able to write a short compliment and/or supportive message to another student, which will then be delivered. There will be a star-shaped lollipop attached to the note to fit the theme of Homecoming: A Night with the Stars.
