During the homecoming game on Sept. 30, La Salle varsity football defeated Parkrose High School, with a final score of 39-17.
The game had a roaring start as the team scored the first touchdown in the opening drive of the game.
The lively crowd cheered the team on in their neon getups as the theme of the game was “neon-out.” The cheerleaders also took part in the theme with neon pink bows and socks along with reflective vests, while performing their routines to get the crowd hyped up.
The football team’s next game is away on Oct. 7 against Estacada High School.
